Farm

Yes, we have a small farm of nine 3D printers. They are always hungry for filament, waiting to get busy... busy as a Qbee. Some of our printers have been used for many years. They've been tested, cursed at, improved and perfected through many subtle and major iterations. They work, they are reliable but most importantly they make quality prints. We also have a big one with 600x600x600mm capacity. So if you need a part printed contact us.

Design

You have it in your head, but would like to hold it in your hand? We can design your idea in CAD, make a prototype and maybe suggest some improvements for later on. Good things take time and patience, we will do our best to help you achieve an end product you will be proud of.

CNC

We have a 3-axis CNC machine for materials like wood, plastic and nonferrous metals like aluminium. Maximum working area is 1100mm x 690mm and 120mm in height. We mostly use our CNC machine for cutting 3D printer parts, but if you have a project that needs to be milled on a CNC machine we can help.

About

Blobs, bugs, layer adhesion, heatbed adhesion, skipped steps, warping, ringing, stringing, clogged extruder, layer shifting, over-extrusion, under-extrusion, snapped filament... Those who tinker in the world of 3D printing know that perfection is always just around the corner. Sometimes you seem to be so close, just one small temperature adjustment away from that perfect print... and then you fail. We have failed a lot over our ten year 3D printing journey. There were times we thought about giving up. We didn't mostly thanks to the awesome 3D printing community with many people who were ready to help, who tried to find a fix for any and every problem, ready to make suggestions on forums, make informative Youtube videos, make software like Marlin free and available to everybody. 3D printing wouldn't be where it is today without its community – thank you guys!

Printers offered at QBee Print were an attempt at reaching that illusive perfect print. They are a result of countless hours of thinking, tinkering, planning, drilling, cutting, coming up with good ideas and bad ideas, taking one step forward just to fall two steps back. QBee printers are a true labour of love; by no means and in any way perfect, but in most cases, hopefully, they are good enough.
